Dana Sparling is a leading advocate for girls' and women's football with more than 25 years of experience growing the game. A former member of the inaugural U.S. Women's National Flag Football Team, she is the Executive Director of the Women's Gridiron Foundation, where she works to create opportunities, pathways, and resources for female athletes across flag and tackle football.
Former Philadelphia Eagles defensive lineman and founder of the Ron Johnson Sports Academy (Rising Stars Football Academy), he has spent over 17 years developing athletes on and off the field. He is a strong advocate for growing girls' football and is committed to creating opportunities, mentorship, and pathways for female athletes to reach the next level.

Saturday is designed for athletes (U14 and older) looking for a higher-performance environment. Participants will complete verified testing, compete, receive evaluations, and learn more about opportunities within the girls flag football pathway.
Sunday is the perfect entry point for athletes who are curious about flag football and want to build their skills, confidence, and understanding of the sport.
She still receives the full Saturday experience. The Showcase is one part of the weekend, for selected 2011 / 2012 athletes only.
